The Railways have introduced summer special trains on overcrowded lines in order to greatly ease customers during the summer vacations. This train travels through the country on several routes. In this request, 13 additional special trains have now been launched. The railways predict that this will contribute to a reduction in passenger volume.

These trains have begun service on Indian Railways’ Firozpur Division. There are several more trains as well, such as

- Vaishno Devi- New Delhi
- Udhampur-New Delhi
- Amritsar-Jaynagar
- Amritsar-Katihar
- Amritsar- Gandhidham
- Amritsar-Samastipu
These trains will go around 99 times. The number of passengers at the city’s railway station has increased by 10% as a result of the summer holidays, according to a Ludhiana railway station official. To transport the passengers to their destination, these trains will travel 99 times in total.
Additional coaches are being added by the railway. According to railway authorities, the Railways are temporarily increasing the number of coaches on the trains due to the rise in demand. According to him, officials identify trains with lengthy waiting lists and add temporary carriages for the convenience of the passengers.
10,306 people used the 118 extra carriages that the Ferozepur division of the railway introduced during the month of May. 48 third-class AC coaches, 4 chair cars, 9 sleeper coaches, and 57 general coaches were among them.
According to railway authorities, all aspects of railway operations have been fully digitalized in recent years, and passengers may access any rail-related information with just one click. They further stated that the railway valued the helpful suggestions provided by customers to enhance its operation.
