Weight Loss And Progress
Losing weight is the most desired wish of many, whether due to reshaping the body proportion or for better health. Shedding extra calories is always healthy, this process doesn’t need any reason. This process is not so easy, as it requires consistency and self-control overeating habits, exercise, and other calorie-burning practices. But few who are capable of retaining weight loss practices often face another problem which is measuring the progress. And this leads to demotivation if you don’t know whether your hard work is paying off or not. Weight loss is a time-consuming process that takes longer than expected.

So the solution to track your weight loss progress is given and simplified by famous Nutritionist Lovneet Batra. She has helped us by suggesting five methods to track our weight loss performance in an Instagram post. With these methods, no one needs a scale to measure it.
Her Caption goes as, “As long as the number on the scale is dropping, you tend to feel motivated. But there can be demotivating times when you’re unable to track progress on the scale. These are the signs that will tell you that you are on the right path.”
Here Are Her Five Ways or Positive Signs To Track Weight Loss:
No Cravings In Weight Loss
Her first point says you don’t feel cravings all the time while eating a weight loss-promoting diet. “For those who have a sweet tooth or feel hungry all the time, this can be the first sign of success. That’s because when you include fiber, healthy fats & proteins in your diet; they send a satisfaction signal to your brain — which isn’t sent by eating the same number of calories in an unhealthy diet.”
Feel Energetic
The second point suggests that if you are feeling energetic throughout the day then it is a positive sign towards your goal. “A change in your diet can have positive results if you’ve been feeling sluggish. If you’re seeing an improvement in your energy levels throughout the day, this means you’re successfully balancing your blood sugar levels.”
You Lose Inches
Her third point suggests that even if your weighing scale does not show progress, it does mean that you are not losing inches. “There can be times when you are not making progress on the weighing scale but are losing inches. This is one of the best signs of victory during your weight loss journey which signifies a positive change in body composition.”

Improved Digestion
She says your improved digestion suggests that you have adopted a healthy diet. “When you get healthier, you do so from the inside out and better digestion can be a surefire sign that the healthier diet you’ve adopted is working.”
Better Skin & Hair Growth
Her last point suggests, “Hyperpigmentation, hair fall, and acne can all be signs of imbalance or inflammation in the body. Eating a healthy, balanced diet, staying well-hydrated, and sleeping enough all show up in the skin & hair.”
