  • Get NOC: Getting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Regional Transport Office (RTO) in the state where your car is presently registered is the first step in moving it to a new state. Make sure that the chassis number is included in the NOC.
  • Transporting Your Car To A New State: After receiving the NOC, go to the nearest RTO office in the state you have moved to. Make sure you have with you all the paperwork required for this procedure.
  • Document Submission: Verify all information twice before submitting it to prevent any problems with the transfer procedure. This makes sure that your Registration Certificate transfers more easily.
  • Pay The Road Tax Challan: You will get a new road tax challan from the RTO in your new state. To have your car validated, you must pay the appropriate costs.
  • Verification Of The Car: An RTO officer will be present during the vehicle inspection. A print of the chassis number will be received for verification during this check.
  • New RC Collection: Following the verification procedure, you will get information on the date of the transfer of your Registration Certificate (RC) to the new state.
