Sushmita Sen’s performance in the second season of the International Emmys-nominated web-series Aarya is sure to leave you speechless. An official teaser for Aarya’s web-series was published on Thursday, and the actress reprises her role as Aarya. Once again, Sushmita Sen has excelled herself in the latest season of her web series – she bared her claws to defend her family at any cost. Her “weakness” serves as her greatest source of power this time around. Sushmita Sen shared the teaser on Instagram, writing: “Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. AARYA has returned, and we are overjoyed! Her vulnerability is her best asset this season. The return of #AaryaIsHere is something to celebrate.”
It begins where the first season left off, with Aarya returning to India with her family after the assassination of her husband, who had been engaged in some shady activity. A video of her late spouse Chandrachur Singh (played by Chandrachur Singh) instructing her to be prepared for their enemies is shown to her. There are times when things don’t go according to plan, and this is one of those times. The Russian group that is out to get her and her family assassinates her almost immediately. There are threats from the father of the Shekhawat, whom she murdered in the first season, as well.
Aarya has no option but to resort to violence in order to protect her family. Chandrachur Singh, Sikander Kher, Namit Das and Jayant Kriplani all reprise their roles in Aarya 2.
