Having topped the most polluted city in the world list in past Delhi is back again in news for its poor air quality. The smog was once again visible on Delhi’s sky on Sunday morning as the dip in air quality continued.
The Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) which is scheduled to kick-in from October 15 proposes banning diesel generators and parking fee hike by three to four times when the air quality falls to “Very Poor.”

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal blamed it on neighbouring states for not doing there due. The odd-even car rationing scheme that was cited a popular move of Delhi government is set to return from 4th to 15th of the next month.
