After Delhi, Uttar Pradesh has also announced a complete lockdown from today’s night to 26th April. The Allahabad High Court has ordered a lockdown in Lucknow, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Kanpur and Gorakhpur.
The court ordered that all the establishments, whether it is private or government, except financial institutions and financial departments, medical and health services, industrial and scientific establishments, essential services including municipal functions and public transport, will remain closed till April 26.
