Amazon Alexa on Monday announced that it has partnered with Amitabh Bachchan and will bring his voice to the assistant in the near future. The Amazon Alexa team will work closely with Bachchan to capture his voice and deliver a new voice experience to customers.
The company said that Big B’s voice on Alexa will be ready by next year and will include popular offerings like jokes, weather, shayaris, motivational quotes, advice and more.

“Bachchan’s voice is truly memorable for any Indian who has grown-up with Bollywood. This combination delivers a perfect pitch to further delight and simplify the lives of our customers,” said Puneesh Kumar, Country Leader for Alexa, Amazon India.

While Alexa owners will be able to listen to Big B’s voice by next year, but soon after the collaboration was announced, netziens came up with jokes about how his voice will sound like on Alexa.
