The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has declared that the PM Internship Scheme (PMIS) 2025 registration procedure is now open. Applications are currently being accepted from qualified applicants via the official website, pminternship.mca.gov.in.
Those between the ages of 21 and 24 who have earned a diploma, an undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) degree, Class X, or Class XII are eligible for the program, which aims to expose participants to the sector and foster skill development. The report states that March 12 is the deadline for applications.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman gave the program a budget of Rs 800 crore when it was introduced on October 3, 2024. The chosen interns would get a monthly salary of Rs 6,000 and work for 500 prestigious organisations in sectors including technology, banking, hotels, and cars.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested candidates must fulfil the following requirements:
- Citizenship: only citizens of India
- Age range: 21–24 years old
- Education: Class X, Class XII, UG degree, or certificate is the minimum requirement.
- Employment status: Candidates must not have full-time or part-time employment and be jobless.
