Every year, the RBI publishes a state-specific calendar that lists all of the statutory bank holidays. Due to India’s numerous national, regional, and religious events, these holidays vary from state to state.
April 2025 will have several bank holidays in different states. These include the festivals of Akshaya Tritiya, Bohag Bihu, Ambedkar Jayanti, Mahavir Jayanti, and Good Friday. For the yearly account finalisation, April 1 is a national bank holiday.
