How To Apply For BH Series Number Plate?
- You can apply for a Bharat Number Plate on your own using the Vahan site operated by MoRTH, or you can ask the dealer where you purchased the car for help.
- The dealer will complete Form 20 on your behalf on the Vahan site.
- Form 60, a working certificate, and an official employee ID card must be submitted by private sector workers.
- When completing the application, the “BH” series is chosen, and online payment of any applicable fees or motor vehicle tax is required.
- The Regional Transport Office (RTO) will confirm the car owner’s eligibility and authorize the BH series number plate in line with that determination.

Road Tax
