Bharat Biotech’s is soon launching a corona vaccine for children. Bharat Biotech has successfully completed the second and third trials of this vaccine. The company has handed over the related data to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO). The company said that it has appealed for data verification and to sought permission for emergency use.
Bharat Biotech is developing the corona vaccine for children and will be administered to children below the age of 18 years. Sources say that Bharat Biotech has said that the data of the Covaccine clinical trial of children aged 2 to 18 years has been handed over to CDSCO.

Let us tell you that the trial was done on 1000 children and the analysis report is in progress. The second and third phases of vaccine for children have been completed on September 21, under the supervision of Krishna Ella, chairman and managing director of Bharat Biotech.
As per the company, these two doses of vaccine were administered at an interval of 28 days during the trial. Now, the company is going to hand over these data by next week. Additionally, the second trial of the vaccine through the nose is in progress and will be completed by the end of October. If the vaccine is approved then it will be the first Indian vaccine that can be administered to children.
