The Confederation of All India Traders has introduced the Vendor Onboarding Mobile App under the name of Bharat E-Market App. Under this app, neither Chinese goods be sold nor foreign investment will be accepted.
CAIT is an organisation with over 8 crore businessman and 40000+ trade associations. It has launched the Bharat E-Market App for its upcoming e-commerce portal. With the help of this app, service providers and businesses can register themselves on the portal and can easily open their e-shops.

CAIT National President BC Bharati Statement
Under Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ and ‘Vocal for Local’, CAIT has developed a Swadeshi Bharat e-market portal that delivers B2C and B2B business opportunities. CAIT also said that e-markets within India are indigenous and will follow all the rules and regulations.
Additionally, the business transactions will be commission-free while on other e-commerce platforms a commission of 5-35 per cent to be paid.
No Chinese goods and Foreign Investment Is Entertained on Desi e-Market App
CAIT always indicates foreign e-commerce companies of violating India’s FDI policy. Therefore, they have not allowed foreign investment feature for their app and/or portal. Additionally, user data will remain safe in India. In addition to all these, no Chinese goods are allowed to sale.

CAIT has come with a target to add 7 lakh traders to their portal by the end of 2021 and 1 crore by December 2023. In this target, the 40 thousand trade associates will have an important role to connect these traders with the desi portal.
As per the Khandelwal statement – other e-commerce portals charge a huge commission for the business transactions on their portals and this is why the products become expensive. But with the launch of the Desi e-market app and portal, users will get products at a reasonable cost due to no commission.
