Blue Dart Express Ltd, the country’s top logistics service provider, renamed its premium service in India from Dart Plus to Bharat Dart on Wednesday. In a statement, Blue Dart Express explained that the name change is intended to better match the company with the changing demands of its consumers.
“Blue Dart’s decision to rebrand this service stems from an extensive discovery and research process aimed at aligning itself to the evolving needs of its customers,” according to the business.
According to the firm, its constant commitment to providing customer happiness has resulted in a simplified and redesigned service that promises to bring outstanding value to its clients.
Bharat Dart, according to the corporation, is ready to transform express logistics services in India by providing unrivaled speed, coverage, and support for businesses of all kinds.
“Blue Dart Express Limited cordially invites all stakeholders and customers to join us on this transformative journey as the company continues to connect Bharat to the world and the world to Bharat,” the company stated.
“This rebranding represents an exciting transformation for us as we continue to serve the length and breadth of the country,” said Blue Dart Managing Director Balfour Manuel. Bharat Dart marks the beginning of a new and exciting era for our organization and our country.
“We are committed to leveraging our expertise in order to improve our capabilities and the overall customer experience.”
The declaration comes only days after the G20 conference, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s poster at the summit’s opening referred to India as Bharat. Furthermore, President Droupadi Murmu’s invitation to G20 leaders Bharat was utilized, causing a political squabble.
Bharat Dart is a time-sensitive delivery service that is supported by speed, security, and handling, as well as value-added services and perks such as total visibility on the final mile.
