In these four metro cities, WhatsApp business has collaborated with metro rail in India to serve as a smart chatbot for consumers to buy tickets online.

How Metro Travellers in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune Can Book Metro Tickets Via WhatsApp Chatbot:
- Presently only four metro cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune are eligible to book tickets via WhatsApp.

- Once the bot receives it and gets activated you will receive a link to book an e-ticket through which you can buy a ticket.
