As the scare of Coronavirus hits hard to the extent of it being declared a global ‘Pandemic’ the government of Delhi came in action. After announcing the closure of primary schools, the government has now shut down all schools completely. Further, the Delhi government has also announced that all the colleges and cinema halls in the capital would remain shut down till 31st March, 2020.
However, colleges having exams and the schools that are Centre for CBSE board exams would proceed as per schedule. The Delhi government is stepping up preparedness measures. The government is in process to increase the number of beds in hospitals to better deal with coronavirus outbreak. As per government officials, the Delhi government is ready to install over 500 beds in various hospitals in the capital.

The orders have already been passed by the Delhi government to sanitize all public places like government and private offices, shops, malls, on a regular basis. So far close to 76 cases of coronavirus have been reported in India. Out of this 1 person is dead and 3 from Kerala have recovered. Delhi reported it’s 6th case of coronavirus on Thursday.
