After the confirmation of an Italian tourist being tested positive for coronavirus late on Monday, the number shot to 21 on Wednesday. 15 out of a total of 21 Italian tourists quarantined at ITBP facility tested positive.
While the samples of suspects from Noida were so far found to be negative, the scare has been created in the country. With 15 more confirmation, India’s official count now stands at 21 with 3 from Kerala being recovered. Itlay has been at the center of Coronavirus’s wrath as over 30 deaths have been reported.
The 21 Italian tourists were brought from a hotel in South Delhi to the ITBP quarantine facility in Chhawla for preventive isolation on Tuesday. The two new cases of Indians are now under treatment. Meanwhile, the government has launched a ‘Corona Alert’ and helpline. The authorities are saying that there is nothing to panic about.

As per the latest inputs, the number of cases has shot to 28. The Health Minister informed that 6 people in Agra and one of the driver have tested positive for the coronavirus.
The cases in India include 1 in Delhi, 6 in Agra, 16 Italians and Indian driver, 1 in Telangana and 3 in Kerala. The 3 people in Kerala have said to be recovered from the virus.
