The outbreak of deadly coronavirus has now taken a restriction on the movement of celebrities as well. Actress Deepika Padukone is the latest to come under the restriction. Deepika has canceled her trip to the ongoing Paris Fashion Week.
Deepika was invited to the event by luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. She was scheduled to attend Louis Vuitton’s show on 3rd March. An official said that the outbreak of Coronavirus in France has forced the actress to take the step.
More than 100 cases of Coronavirus have been reported in France. The government of France has already banned all indoor gatherings of more than 5,000 people. The virus has been making deadly indoors in Europe with Italy reporting 34 deaths. Globally over 85,500 cases have been confirmed and the death toll is reported over 2,900.

Deepika recently became the first Bollywood actor to be part of a Louis Vuitton campaign. She appeared in the pre-fall 2020 campaign of the brand, alongside international celebrities such as Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, Alicia Vikander, Lea Seydoux, and Donna Bae. She would be next seen playing Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Bhatia in Ranveer Singh-starrer 83.
