Former Maharashtra Chief Minister (CM) Devendra Fadnavis is summoned by a Nagpur court for non-disclosure of criminal cases registered against him. The court said that Fadnavis has not disclosed 2 criminal cases against him in the election affidavit.

The summon was delivered at Fadnavi’s Nagpur residence. City-based lawyer Satish Uke filled a case against Fadnavis concealing the information related to criminal cases. Hearing Uke’s plea the magistrate court delivered the summon.

Fadnavis who was sworn in as the CM for 2nd time following a dramatic turn of events is an MLA from Nagpur South West Constituency of Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha.
