Do you like magic? Dark magic? Superpowers? Spells and curses?
Have you ever heard of Lucifer? Gabrial? If you have a tiny bit of interest in mythology and mysterious things, you know that creepy and ancient things excite you. Things that are otherworldly, unexplained.
I am a mythology lover and while browsing Pinterest last night, I came across a book that was referred to as ‘Grand Grimoire’ – the book which contains the knowledge to summon Satan, ancient rituals and what not.
That was it. I stayed up all night.
It intrigued me to the core and I went on an ancient book hunt. And what I found, will amaze you. I found a list of ancient books, which will make you change the way you looked at this world. And just so you know- these are true facts, not hoaxes.
Here is the list of books, which will freak you out. And I am not kidding-
1. Devil’s Bible
The name of the book itself seems wrong. Devil’s Bible? Really? Now, you would ask why would a bible be named after Devil? Well, for starters, this bible isn’t a holy one. It is said to have been hand-written by a single monk, which might have taken over 30 years, considering the size and elaborated details with which the book is written.
The weirdest thing about the bible is that it has an entire face of a page is a full-colored drawing of the Dark Lord himself. No one knows why or how the unholiest creature of all ‘Satan’, made its way into this most sacred text. The mystery still remains unsolved.
Currently, this book is enclosed in a glass in the basement of the King’s Library in Humlegården which is a lovely park in posh Stockholm (Sweden) neighborhood of Östermalm.
2. Ethiopian bible
This book is the oldest of all. When it was carbon dated, it came out to be between 330 and 650. Moreover, it was written on goat skin in the early Ethiopian language of Ge’ez.
Currently, the book is in a delicate stage, reason being, the pages had been crudely stitched together in a restoration process in the 1960s. Moreover, some of the pages don’t even turn because they were falling to pieces. The incredible relic has been kept in the Garima Monastery ever since, near Adwa in the north of the country, which is in the Tigray region at 7,000 feet.
3. Grand Grimoire
This is one book I so want to get my hands on. The Grand Grimoire is a black magic grimoire. It is said to be written by someone named Antonio Venitiana del Rabina who supposedly gathered this information from original writings of King Solomon.
But that’s not the cool part of this book. First of all, this super creepy book has two parts and the first book contains instructions for summoning a demon, construction of tools which can force the demon to do your bidding. Really?
And the second book contains simpler spells and rituals you can do after performing the ritual in the first book. I want both of them but that’s just impossible, knowing the fact that it is Vatican archives.
4. Magical Treatise of Solomon
This book is really the king of all books. I mean, this book is more like a treasure in itself. It is said to contain various magical methods and techniques to summon and control different ghosts and spirits, that spirits’ powers, astrological beliefs, select charms, different means of divination, and the magical uses of herbs.
I mean, do you need anything else, if you have this book? I don’t think so. There are even come creepy facts the book that it contains scrolls which are written with bat’s blood. In addition to that, it has instructions on how to create planetary, daily, and hourly talismans. You can even create vessels for divination and conjuration, wax figures, a ring, special clothing, and a garland, all things intended to control summoned spirits.
Even angelic conjurations, general prayers to God, and prayers to control planetary influences are listed in this hell of a book.

5. Old Ancient Bible
This book is something, which literally shakes the very foundation of the Christian religion. This Old Ancient Bible dates back to 500 A.D.
Discovered and kept secret in the year 2000, the book contains the Gospel of Barnabas – a disciple of Christ – which shows that Jesus was not crucified, nor was he the son of God, but a Prophet. And the strangest thing that this book claim is that, Jesus ascended to heaven alive and that Judas Iscariot was crucified in his place.
The book is so controversial and important, that it was moved by the Turkish government to one of their museums by way of a police escort. Damn, so much for a Bible? I feel it supports the fact that what they say about the book is true.
6. The Book of Soyga
This 16th-century tome of magic once belonged to John Dee, who was European history’s most famous magician. I love magic and this book covers materials such as spells, angels and demonology. But again, there is something in this book that cannot be explained.
According to facts, the book contains 36 large squares of letters which Dee was never able to decode. Although he found citations of magical treatises, including works of famous occult followers, still he couldn’t figure out the 35 square riddles. I should give it a try I think, who knows? Maybe I end up figuring something out.
7. Oera Linda Book
This book has some kind of weird connection with the lost city of Atlantis. The Oera Linda Book is basically a manuscript written in a form of Old Frisian. It covers all the historical, mythological, and religious themes of remote antiquity, from 2194 BCE to 803 CE.
It is a really old book, dated over 4000 years old and claims to contain wisdom form the mythical land of Atlantis. maybe it even contains the reason that why Atlantis got lost in the first place. Interesting, right?
8. Book Of Enoch
The Book of Enoch was written during the second century B.C.E. It is one of the most important non-canonical apocryphal works. According to researchers, it probably had a huge influence on early Christian, particularly Gnostic, beliefs in ancient times.
This book is filled with hallucinatory visions of heaven and hell, angels and devils. The writer ‘Enoch’ introduced the concepts such as fallen angels, the appearance of a Messiah, resurrection, the final judgement, and a heavenly kingdom on earth in this book. It even contains knowledge of calendar systems, geography, cosmology, astronomy, and meteorology.
9. The Book Of Giants
According to researchers, this ancient text is believed to have been based on the Book of Enoch, considered as a pseudopigraphical work. When carbon dated, it was traced back to the third century BCE. According to this book, thousands of years ago, angels and humans interacted freely.
The Book of Giants speaks of the exploits of the giants, what they did to mankind thousands of years ago. The book specifically focuses on the two children of Shemihaza, Ohya, and Hahya. I am getting chills by just imagining that humans and giants walked side by side. Damn!

10. The Ars Notoria
I know that concepts of magic and demonology have always remained controversial through history. One of the books is the Ars Notoria, that could be called the book of success. This book consists of methods to lead a prosperous and successful life. And I guess that’s what everyone craves for.
As part of a larger collection known as the Lesser Keys of Solomon, this book that is said to allow its followers a mastery of academia, giving them greater eloquence, a perfect memory, and wisdom.
11. Satanic Sex
This book is an intimate look at the sex rules of witches, warlocks, and Satanists.” Apparently, there are rules.
The entire content of this book is in the context of occult or Satanic rituals. It creeps me out that the facts of this book suggest, that there is an ongoing a conspiracy of a worldwide SRA organization which includes the wealthy and powerful of the world elite in which children are abducted or bred for sacrifices, pornography, and prostitution.
Bloody hell, I want to stay as far from this book as possible.
In Conclusion:
All of these books talk about magic, demons, and angels. and what not. I can’t get over them. Even though it is almost impossible to actually get your hands on any one of these books, I will still try and look for alternatives, (of course except the ‘Satanic Sex’ one).
