Phase four of the development of the Delhi Metro is going under the development phase. As part of the priority corridors, the new Silver Line is being built between Aerocity and Tughlakabad during this phase. Silver Line would run for a 23.622 km distance and will be the 10th line to improve connectivity in the national capital. The Silver Line will feature 14 stops in total, including the source and destination stations. Eleven of these stations will be underground, while four will be elevated.
The Delhi Metro Silver Line will link 4 other metro lines that will be including Violet Line, Yellow Line, Airport Express Line, and the under-construction Brown Line. The interlinking will be at the Tuglakabad metro station, Chattarpur, Delhi Aerocity, and Saket G-Block (on the under-construction Brown Line). The Tuglakabad metro station will also have a link with the Vasant Kunj Sector-D station.
The Delhi Metro Silver Line is expected to operate by September 2025 with 14 stations. The list of stations or stops on the Delhi Metro Silver Line will include Delhi Aerocity, Mahipalpur, Vasant Kunj Sector-D, Kishangarh, Chhatarpur, Chhatarpur Mandir, IGNOU, Neb Sarai, Saket G-Block, Ambedkar Nagar, Khanpur, Sangam Vihar-Tigri, Anandmayee Marg, Tughlakabad Railway Colony, Tughlakabad Station.

The Silver Line’s construction has begun and is currently under construction. When the construction will come to an end then the 10th metro line will assist in minimizing the traffic congestion in the national capital by offering a comfortable route of transportation.
Meanwhile, Delhi Metro has completed structural work on a stretch of an elevated viaduct on the proposed Janakpuri West-R K Ashram Marg route of Phase 4. The Majlis Park and Bhalaswa Metro stations are linked by a 4-kilometer-long bridge that stretches from Majlis Park to Mukarba Chowk. According to a statement issued by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), the structural work has been completed satisfactorily.
