The extremities of the winter are already at display in the Delhi-NCR region which is shivering with below 5-degree Celcius temperature. Well, as per the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast the situation is here to stay.
As per IMD cold-wave conditions would continue on 28th and 29th December in the region. Severe cold conditions are prevailing in Delhi NCR where a minimum temperature of 4.2 degrees Celsius was recorded today.

The weather forecast also hints rain on 1s and 2nd January. Thus, it would not be wrong to say that the Delhi-NCR would have a chilling week ahead as they enter the new year.
