Best Diwali Gift awarded to the employees of Haryana by the State Government with a hike of 4 per cent in its dearness allowance or DA. which has increased the DA rate to 38 per cent from the previous 34 per cent. The decision was made by the finance department of the Haryana Government under the guidelines of the 7th pay commission.
HR Government Increase DA By 4 Percent
The modified DA will be rolled out with a payout of October 2022 as it was applicable from July 1, 2022.
“Enhanced DR shall be paid with the pension/family pension of October 2022 and arrears for July 2022 to September 2022 (3 months) shall be paid in November 2022 The payment on account of Dearness Relief involving fractions of 50 paise and above may be rounded to the next higher rupee and the fractions of less than 50 paise may be ignored”, an official statement from Haryana Government reads, was released on October 18.
Earlier, there was also a DA increased of 4 per cent to 38 per cent by the Union Government imposed for Central Government employees in September month. Moreover, with the same statistics, the Central Government also increased the dearness relief or DR for all pensioners. So, after the DA hike of 4 per cent which took the rate of 38 per cent, the employees will see an increase of ₹720 in their salary.
Further, the Government has authorized the payout of ₹2, 852 Cr against the DA hike which will be paid to over 50 lakh Government employees and 62 lakh pensioners.
