Every individual and non-individual has a unique 10-digit alphanumeric code known as their Permanent Account Number (PAN). This identity card has been nationalized. Any financial transaction or activity, including paying taxes and submitting an ITR, requires this ID card. You must pay certain fees and levies to apply for or make any changes to an existing PAN card.

Address for Communications in India
You may choose to pay the cost with a debit card, credit card, demand draft, or net banking if you live in India. It should be mentioned, nonetheless, that the corresponding bank will impose an extra 2.00% fee on payments made using credit, debit, or cards.
Demand draft payments should only be paid to “NSDL-PAN,” with a Mumbai mailing address. The DD will not be accepted in any other case. There will be a fee of Rs. 4 + service tax for payments made using net banking.
Addresses for Communications Outside of India
The same payment methods, which include demand draft, debit card, credit card, and net banking, are available to residents outside of India. They must, however, pay the relevant conversion or exchange rate that the particular bank charges.
Fees for PAN Cards and e-PAN Cards
There are no fees for e-PAN cards; they are entirely free.
