Candida Diet
Before knowing about Candida diet please know that Candida is referred to as the yeast living on the skin, in the mouth, throat, gut, and vagina. Fruits Low In Sugar
Low sugar fruits when consumed in adequate amounts are efficient in maintaining the concentration of candida. You can add these fruits to your diet: Lemon, limes, berries, citrus fruits etc.
Lean Proteins
Eggs, fish, and skinless poultry are a few examples of lean protein foods which are allowed in the Candida diet.
Healthy Fats
Healthy fats of avocado, olives, sesame oil, coconut oil etc are very benefitting while on the candida diet.
Fermented Foods

As gluten is not allowed in the candida diet, you should adopt eating gluten-free grains. Gluten can promote the growth of candida and can make candidiasis even worse. Foods you can consume as gluten-free: oat bran, rice, buckwheat etc.
