Ritesh Agarwal-owned hospitality firm “Oyo” rolled out an initiative for its employees to meliorate their stress levels. The firm has announced a four-day work in a week and unlimited no-reason-asked paid leaves.
The CEO of OYO Rooms, Ritesh Agarwal wrote on Twitter that “Starting today we are moving to a 4 day work week but implementing it slightly differently, making Wednesdays off to let OYOpreneurs have a mid-week breather”. In addition to this, he also said that soon OYO is planning to introduce “No Questions Asked Flexible Infinite Paid Leaves” for its employees.

Meanwhile, he said that the coronavirus pandemic has continued to affect the mental and physical well-being of people. Thus, the company has asked its employees to take off whenever they want. They do not need to log in, just let the manager know, no reasons needed, none asked.
The OYO CEO Ritesh Agarwal said that “I personally plan to wind down today and spend more time with my family, volunteering with the OYO COVID War Room and talking to a few friends and colleagues whose families have been impacted severely in the last few weeks”.
