Inflation is taking an equal toll on the savings of individuals with many things all set to get expensive from April 1, 2021. As per a report by Zee News, almost everything right from milk to electricity to cars and bikes are going to be expensive from April 1.
From April 1, 2021, as announced earlier, the price of cars and bikes will increase as the companies will increase the prices of vehicles. Similarly, buying a TV, AC or refrigerator will cost you at least Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000 more. The price of the AC and refrigerator will rise due to the increase in manufacturing costs. The price of AC per unit can increase from Rs 1500 to Rs 2000.
Travelling by air will also cost more to the consumers as the report suggests there would be a rise of a minimum of 5% in the fare.

Another necessary thing that will see a price increase is Milk. The price of Milk might increase, as the farmers have announced to increase the price of milk by Rs 3 to Rs 49 per litre.
If you travel via Agra-Lucknow Expressway, you will have to pay more as toll prices have been hiked by at least Rs 5 and a maximum of Rs 25. The new rates will come into effect from April 1.

Also, electricity bills are going to increase by 9 to 10 percent in Bihar, and people of Bihar will shell out more money.
