War bagged a whopping INR 53.10 Crores (Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu combined) on day 1 at the box office. The movie beat the collection record of Avengers Endgame set in April this year. War set the record for highest collection on day 1 for a Hindi Movie.
The movie is set to be Hrithik’s second consecutive hit of the year after Super 30. While for Tiger this is a strong come back after the Student of The Year 2 debacle.
With the weekend lined up ahead and no other movie to release War is set to cross the 100 crore mark in quick time while setting new collection records.
