In the hearing of the Hyderabad rape encounter case today the Supreme Court (SC) ordered a judicial inquiry. The apex judiciary called for a 3-member inquiry commission to look into the matter.
The commission headed by former SC judge VS Sirpurkar would be the sole authority to inquire the case and no other court or authority shall inquire into this matter until further orders said the Supreme Court.

The Hyderabad Police shot down 4 accused in the Veterinary Doctor’s rape case when they tried to flee from there custody during the recreation of the scene at the spot last week.
