In Okhla’s latest broadband speed analysis report, India has been ranked 148th in the mobile broadband speed for September 2019, well below neighbouring countries including Pakistan (112), Nepal (119) and Srilanka (81).
However, the 4G network availability in India was higher at 87.9 percent compared to Pakistan and Bangladesh with 58.9 and 58.7 percent 4G availability in the second and the third quarter of 2019.

South Korea claimed the first spot on the list with a download speed of 95.11 Mbps and an upload speed of 17.55 Mbps in mobile network. However, when it comes to fixed-line broadband speed, Indis claimed 72nd place.
