India recorded 30,093 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the lowest daily case count since March 17. The country had recorded 28,903 cases on March 17.
As per the latest figures released by the Union Health Ministry, India recorded 374 Covid-19 fatalities in the last 24 hours. And now, the Covid-19 death touched 4,14,482. However, the active cases in the India now records at 4,06,130 till Tuesday, the health ministry said. The officials also said that nearly 3,03,53,710 people in the country have recovered from the disease so far.
The daily positivity rate was also recorded lowest in 29 days at 1.68 percent. The country had recorded around daily positivity rate at three percent for 29 consecutive days, the health ministry said.

India has administered 52,67,309 doses in the last 24 hours, which brings the total tally of doses administered to 41,18,46,401. On Monday, India had registered 38,164 fresh Covid-19 cases and 499 fatalities due to the infection.
