IndiGo Launches Grand Runaway Fest Sale with Exciting Discounts for 2026 Travel

IndiGo has rolled out an exciting limited-time offer called the Grand Runaway Fest, giving travelers a golden chance to plan their early 2026 vacations at unbeatable prices. The weeklong sale runs from September 15 to September 21, with tickets valid for journeys between January 7 and March 31, 2026.

Attractive Domestic and International Fares

As part of the offer, customers can grab domestic one-way fares starting at just ₹1,299 and international fares beginning at ₹4,599. For those who want extra comfort, IndiGoStretch, the airline’s enhanced travel experience, is available on select domestic routes from ₹9,999.

Tickets can be booked conveniently through the IndiGo website, mobile app, the AI-powered assistant 6Eskai, or even via IndiGo’s WhatsApp service at +91 70651 45858.

In addition, IndiGo BluChip members can avail an extra 10% discount by using the promo code IBC10 while booking through the official website or mobile app.

Extra Perks and Add-On Discounts

During the sale, IndiGo is also offering generous discounts on its popular add-ons, including:

  • Up to 50% off on prepaid excess baggage (15kg, 20kg, or 30kg)
  • Up to 50% off on Fast Forward service for quicker check-in and boarding
  • Up to 15% off on standard seat selection
  • 10% off on pre-booked meals
  • Emergency XL seats with extra legroom starting from ₹500
  • Zero Cancellation Plan for international routes from ₹999 (terms apply)

IndiGo’s Growth and Future Plans

Despite reporting a 20% year-on-year drop in Q1 FY26 net profit to ₹2,176 crore, IndiGo continues to maintain strong performance in terms of efficiency and passenger volume. The decline was mainly due to rising fuel prices, currency fluctuations, and other external challenges.

However, the airline continues to stay ahead of industry averages with a passenger load factor of 84.2% and on-time performance of 87.1%. Looking to the future, IndiGo expects a double-digit growth in Available Seat Kilometres (ASK) in FY26. Though about 50 of its 439 aircraft are currently grounded, the airline is gearing up to add nearly 50 new aircraft to its fleet in the next financial year.
