Travellers who like to gel with history and love staying at historic sites during their itinerary can rejoice, as now, you can book a private suite in a 300 years old City Palace in Jaipur. The travel lodging platform, Airbnb, has listed the palace on its bookable property list. And the same will welcome its guests from November 23.
The 1727-built City Palace lures tourists with its awe-inspiring architect that takes inspiration from Mughal and Rajput architect. The Palace, built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, has a sequence of gardens, buildings and courtyards, temples and museum within its premises.
The Gudliya Suite, which has been open for booking, is another famous attraction that tourists will have access to. The rental Suite includes its own lounge, kitchen, luxurious bathroom and private, indoor swimming pool. The suite till now was only open to the royals and their special guests.

The guest will also, through the entirety of their stay will be served on authentic Rajasthani meals on the terrace of the palace with Aravalli range in the backdrop.

The suite’s standard cost is Rs. 5,72,206 (approximately) per night, but for the remainder of 2019 Airbnb will pay the balance for each booking as a contribution to the Princess Diya Kumari Foundation
