If you have not been living under a rock, you must be aware of the Malayalam film, Jallikattu, becoming India’s official entry for Best International Feature Film category at the Oscars 2021.
As the nomination was announced, many people came out to congratulate the movie makers for the feat. And among the ones to congratulate was also Kangana Ranaut.
Kangana, being her ‘taunty’ self, didn’t only congratulate the makers but also slammed “Bullydawood Gang” and “movie mafia” in her tweet.
She said that the Bollywood mafias couldn’t get a nomination this time in their favour for they were being subjected to a lot of public scrutiny.
“All the scrutiny/ bashing Bullydawood gang got is finally yielding some results, Indian films aren’t just about 4 film families, movie mafia gang is hiding in their houses and letting juries do their job and congratulations team #Jallikattu”, she wrote.
Meanwhile, wishes have been pouring in for Jallikattu and the team.
Kangana, time and again, has slammed India’s last year’s nomination for the Oscars, Gully Boy, claiming that the movie mafias were behind it getting a nomination over a lot better movies released the same year.
