The Kedarnath Yatra is one of India’s most sacred pilgrimages, drawing lakhs of devotees each year to the iconic Kedarnath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. While the traditional trek remains a popular route, helicopter services are a convenient and time-saving option, especially for senior citizens, people with health concerns, and pilgrims on a tight schedule.
For 2025, helicopter bookings began on April 8, aligning with the temple’s opening on May 2, 2025. If you’re planning a trip, early booking is highly recommended due to high demand.
