Online shopping is a relief these days and eases out a lot of manual effort wasted in visiting and shopping from the brick and mortar store. However, this can become difficult when you get a totally different thing delivered then what you ordered.

Same thing happened with a resident from Kannur, Kerala who placed an order for a camera worth Rs 27,500 on Flipkart. Suresh, who ordered the camera on November 20th got a packet of tiles delivered four days later by Ekart Logistics.

Suresh opened the delivered packet in the hope to get his camera but was shocked to find tiles with the user manual and warranty card of the camera in the box. He immediately raised the issue with Flipkart and the seller promised to send him a new camera within a week.
