As the U.S. President and friend of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi ‘Donald Trump‘ threats retaliation meme have started to flow. On Sunday the U.S. President had a talk with the Indian PM. Trump called for the export of hydroxychloroquine as it is a potential COVID-19 drug.
Since India is a large manufacturer of it the U.S. called for this anti-malaria drug. The drug has shown its effect in preventing cases from going bad to worse. That’s why the U.S which has reported a large number of cases asked for it. Meanwhile, the Indian government has already banned its export to ensure sufficiency at home.
