Microsoft Surface Pro 8 and Surface Pro 7+ have been launched in India. Both the tablets will go on sale on February 15. Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ have been available to commercial customers since last year. Surface Pro 8 was unveiled in September 2021 at a company’s event. It will be successor of Surface Pro7 and the company says that new Surface Pro 8 will be twice as good as last version.
Surface Pro 8 will be the most powerful tablet certified by Intel Evo till date. It has 11th Gen Intel Core Processor and it runs on Windows 11.
Price And Availability
Microsoft Surface Pro 8 price is set at Rs. 1,04,499 for the Wi-Fi only model, and Rs. 1,27,599 for the LTE model. The tablet is set to go on sale on February 15 via authorised resellers and e-commerce websites like Amazon and Reliance Digital. The Surface Pro Signature Keyboard that converts the tablet into a 2-in-1 PC will be available for purchase from select partners, and complimentary with pre-orders from select partners, according to Microsoft.

Meanwhile, Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ price is set at Rs. 83,999 for the Wi-Fi only model, and Rs. 1,09,499 for the LTE model, according to the company, and will also be available for purchase starting February 15. Surface Pro 8 will be available for pre-orders starting today via select retail and online partners, according to Microsoft.
Microsoft Surface Pro 8/7+ Specifications
Surface Pro 8 comes with a 13 inch Pixel Sense touch display (2880*1920 pixels), 32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. It has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and has a 5MP front camera for video calls. The tablet also has a rear camera of 10MP and it can support 4K video. Surface Pro 8 will support new Surface Pro Signature keyboard which also comes withj Surface Slim Pen 2. The tablet has a battery life of 16 hours and has two Thunderbolt 4 ports. It comes in WiFi and LTE model.
Surface Pro 7 comes with a 12.3 inch Pixel Sense touch display (2736*1824 pixels), 32 GB RAM and 1 TB removable SSD storage. It has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and has a 5MP front camera for video calls. The tablet also has a rear camera of 8MP and it can support 1080p full HD video.
