In what can be said as a unique and funny way to protest against the rising prices of Onion an MLA from Bihar’s Vaishali reached the assembly wearing a garland made of Onions. The RJD MLA was quick to grab the eyeballs as photographers, rushed to take his picture.

MLA named Shiv Chandra Ram was quite furious on the rising prices of onion and said that the prices have almost doubled for a Kg. The opposition MLA also accused Bihar CM Nitish Kumar for his “empty promises” of setting up stalls where the vegetable would be available for a price as low as Rs. 35 per kg.

The rise in prices of onion is something that is not only effecting Bihar but the whole country as the prices have sored up to 100 for a Kg.
