Movies Across Genres That You Can Watch On Netflix This Week
It’s been a while since I put my web series addiction at bay to stay intact on my bed for a two-hour long movie. Henceforth, practicing a New Year resolution three months before the new year, this October, I decided to explore the best movies on Netflix.
And this is what I bumped into.
Murder Mystery – Comedy
Starring Adam Sandler as a cop and his wife Audrey Spitz, who is desperate to go on a vacation that the former had promised her, the 90 minutes drama will tickle enough bones. Set in and around Europe, the movie has an appealing star cast, all suspects to a murder and the mystery it entails.
Secret Obsession – Physcologoical Thriller
First of all, Secret Obsession is not very secret, however, scary and cryptic instead. The story begins with Jennifer, who wakes up after a traumatic attack and realizes pieces don’t fall at places where they were supposed to fall. With tight-plotting, the story is a well-performed thriller.

Velvet Buzzsaw – Drama
Jake Gyllenhaal, in the opening minutes of Velvet Buzzsaw, with his clever self, ensures audience stay hitched to the 2 hours long drama. The movie has a supernatural creature, art and more art over art. What else could you ask for? Actually, you can, so here is the trailer.
The Silence – Horror
The Silence has a 13-year-old deaf teenager going against creatures that hunt people by sound. The 1 hour 30 minutes horror flick has been set up to draw goosebumps at various instances. So ensure you have pillows by your side or maybe your partner.
Point Blank – Action

What could bring an emergency room nurse and an injured murder suspect to work together? Interestingly, a pregnant wife. And if thinking exactly why they need to work together? Well, you need to watch the movie to reveal the plot for yourself. Too lazy to write.
