Ahead of the first T20I that is scheduled to take place between India and West Indies on the 6th of December at the iconic Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai police has denied the security request for the match.

The Mumbai police PRO informed that security can’t be provided for the India vs West Indies match as the police would be engaged in various other programs of the day as it would be Baba Saheb Ambedkar Parinirvan Diwas.

India who is currently battling Bangladesh in the test series would host the West Indies 3 match T20I and ODI series staring the 6th of December.
