NABARD Internship 2022
Eligible candidates are invited for NABARD Internships 2022, the objective to conduct this scheme is to record valuable feedback from a fresh perspective. Through this scheme, relevant and useful short term tasks, projects and studies will be assigned to the young candidates which help their knowledge to grow. To handle these tasks and projects candidates who are pursuing studies related to agriculture, economics, social science and other relevant courses are preferred.
Internship Details
Total Seats
The total number of seats for this internship is 40, out of which 35 seats are for regional officers/TEs and 5 seats are for Head Office.
Interventions To Study
The selected candidates will study one of the three interventions of NABARD:
- Farmers Producer Organisations/Farmer Collective
- Rural Community Institutions: SHGs/JLGs
- Watershed Development Programmes

Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for NABARD Internship 2022:
- “Students pursuing a post-graduate degree (having completed/completing
the first year) in Agriculture and allied disciplines (Veterinary, Fisheries,
etc.), Agri-business, Economics, Social Sciences and Management from
Institutes/ Universities of repute or Students pursuing 5 years of integrated
courses including Law completing/completed 4th year of their course are
eligible for SIS 2022-23.” - “Students applying for an internship in a particular State must be
either pursuing their degree from that State or they must
belong to that State.” - “For seats allocated to Head Office, Mumbai students pursuing education
from Mumbai would be preferred. However, seats in Head Office,
Mumbai is open to applications from students across the country.”
Selection Process For NABARD Internship 2022
- First, the applicants will be shortlisted for an interview based on a weighted score system.
- And the final selection of shortlisted candidates will be based on interview performance.
- “All the applications will be received and shortlisted by HO for final selection
through interviews by respective units. The final selection of the students
from amongst the shortlisted candidates (as per seat allocation under SIS
2022-23) will be done at the respective units (ROs/TEs).” - Students appearing for the interview will not get paid by TA/DA.
