Understanding the sensitivity of the issue and taking a stand the News Broadcasting Standards Authority (NBSA) has called to news channels to refrain from showing the footage of Babri masjid demolition.

In its recent advisory, the body asked the channels to ensure that no speculative news was telecast on the impending Ayodhya judgment. The hearings of decades-long case were wrapped up in Supreme Court Yesterday.
