Because telecom service providers have updated the pricing of their prepaid plans, the first day of the month begins with a bit of a strain on your finances. On November 26, Bharti Airtel launched its new prepaid service, on November 25, Vodafone Idea followed suit, and now it’s Reliance Jio’s time. Jio’s new prepaid pricing plans go live today, with the whole structure from top-up to annual pack being revised. Only the state-owned service provider BSNL has yet to make an announcement. All circles will be affected by the increased prepaid pricing.

Jio Reliance.
The 75-day pack has been upgraded to a 91-day pack. The unlimited data plans, which started at 129, will now be charged at 155 for 28 days of 2GB data. The 149 package for 24 days with 1GB of data per day has been increased to 179. The popular 199 recharge will now cost Rs239 and include 1.5GB of data each day for a total of 28 days. The 28-day data deal with 2GB each day now costs Rs299.
The 56-day bundle, which was previously Rs399, has been increased to Rs479, with 1.5GB of data each day. Similarly, the 2GB data/day bundle for the same time will cost Rs533, up from Rs444 now.
The 84-day pack costs Rs329 and comes with 6GB of total data for the full term. The 555 bundle will now cost Rs666 and include 1.5GB of data every day for 84 days. The 2GB/day bundle will cost Rs719, up from Rs599 now. The 1,299 336-day bundle has been upgraded to 1,559 with 24GB data. With an annual recharge of Rs2,399, you can get 2GB of data each day for Rs2,879!
The 51 top-up pack becomes 61, the 101 top-up pack becomes 121, and the 251 top-up pack becomes 301, providing 6GB, 12GB, and 50GB data, respectively.
Idea by Vodafone
The 79-cent basic bundle with a 28-day validity period now costs 99 cents. The 149 plan, which includes 2GB of data and is good for 28 days, now costs 179 dollars. The previous 219 recharge has been upgraded to a 269 recharge that includes 1GB of data per day and unlimited calling.
The 1.5GB per day data bundle is now Rs299 instead of Rs249, and it is only good for 28 days. The 299 pack, which includes 2GB of data each day, has been reduced to 359, which is valid for 28 days.
The 399 and 449 day packets have been raised to 479 and 539 days, respectively. The 479 recharge gives you 1.5GB of data per day, while the 539 recharge gives you 2GB of data per day and unlimited calling.
Starting November 25, 2021, the 84-day packs of 379, 599, and 699 will be charged as 459, 719, and 839, respectively. The 459 recharge includes 6GB of data per day, the 719 recharge includes 1.5GB of data per day, and the 839 recharge includes 2GB of data per day, unlimited talking, and 100 SMS per day.
The 1499 and 2399 annual packages were raised to 1799 and 2899, respectively. The 1799 package includes 24GB of data for 365 days, while the 2899 package includes 1.5GB of data every day for a year.
Similarly, the top-up recharges have been updated. The 48-pack is now a 58-pack for 28 days with 3GB data, the 98-pack is now a 118-pack with 12GB data, and the 251-pack is now a 298-pack with 50GB data for 28 days. The 351 top-up pack for 56 days has been upgraded to a 418 pack with 100GB data.
Airtel
Airtel’s 298 data bundle with 2GB per day will now set you around 359 with a 28-day validity period. Likewise, the 56-day validity bundle costs Rs479 and includes 1.5GB of data every day. Airtel’s 449 pack costs Rs549 and includes 2GB of data per day for 56 days.
The Airtel prepaid pack 698, which includes 2GB of data for 84 days, is now available for Rs839. Airtel’s 1GB data/day bundle costs Rs265 for 28 days.
On Airtel, the 1.5GB data per day for 28 days costs Rs299 instead of Rs249.
