Vande Bharat Train Muzaffarnagar To New Jalpaiguri
The Indian Railways are ready to introduce the new Vande Bharat trains following the successful debut of 51 Vande Bharat trains, which included seventeen 16-car services and thirty-four 8-car services.
The route between New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal and Muzaffarnagar in Bihar will be covered by this recently inaugurated express. Sources state that the train is scheduled to begin service in October 2024.
The trek may be completed in around six hours instead of the typical ten. According to the report, the projected ticket price falls between the range of ₹1200 to ₹2200.
The semi-high-speed train will travel 446 kilometres from Muzaffarnagar to New Jalpaiguri, with a top speed of an exhilarating 130 km/h. Commuters will benefit from an improved quality of travel that will save them time and effort. On the other hand, an official comment on the subject is still pending.
Furthermore, Vande Bharat trains have just begun service on the Ernakulam to Bengaluru line. Among the most well-known routes are those that connect New Delhi with Varanasi, New Delhi with Amb Andaura in Himachal Pradesh, Visakhapatnam with Bhubaneswar, and Chennai with Coimbatore.
Vande Bharat Sleeper Train
The much-awaited introduction of sleeper trains on the Vande Bharat Express is another recent development. The construction of the Vande Bharat sleeper trains is underway. On his official Twitter account, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw posted pictures of the inside and outside of the train.
Additionally, in June 2024, it was announced that the Vande Bharat sleeper trains will begin operating on August 15, 2024. But no formal statement on the news has been released as of yet.
