After exhausting all their legal options in India the Nirbhaya case convicts have gone the International way. 3 out of the 4 convicts namely Akshay, Pawan and Vinay have moved to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to stop their execution.
The 4 convicts are scheduled to be hanged on 20th March at 5:30 AM as per the order of the Delhi court. Earlier the convicts have managed to re-schedule there hanging 3 times. The first date of hanging was notified to be 22nd January, 2020.
