Day 1 of the resumption of the domestic flight operations was not as planned for many. Confusion and chaos at the airports in Delhi, Mumbai, and other cites was seen as number of flights were cancelled. Passengers said that they were not informed about the cancellations beforehand.
As per reports from NDTV 82 flights to and from Delhi have been canceled on Day 1. Flights were also canceled from the Mumbai as passengers were seen sitting outside the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Earlier a Patna bound flight left Delhi at around 4:45 AM. A flight to Patna also took off from Mumbai around 6: 45 PM.
“We were going to Delhi. We were told when we arrived here that the flight has been canceled. One of the customer care employees told us that there is a flight that runs tonight and that may be, we have been rescheduled. But nothing is confirmed yet”, said a passenger talking to NDTV.

Long queues and multiple screening and tests were common scenes across the airports around the country on Monday morning. The flight operations have resumed after around 2 months in the country.
