FIR has been filed against popular room booking company OYO’s founder and CEO Ritesh Agarwal in Bengaluru on charges of criminal conspiracy and cheating. The FIR names Ritesh along with 6 other executives of his firm.
The FIR is filed by a Bengaluru based hotelier Betz Fernandez who says that OYO has not paid INR 7 lakh per month fee for booking rooms with his hotel. He said that OYO owes him INR 35 lakhs as a rent as per the agreement.
OYO has said that they would file a counter case against the hotelier in there statement on the issue.
