Prime Minister (PM) of India’s notorious neighbor Pakistan is under the threat of COVID-19. PM Imran Khan is reported to be soon undergoing the test for the deadly virus. This comes after Pakistani Prime Ministers a well-known philanthropist who tested positive.
The family of the Prime Minister has already tested negative informed Firdous Ashiq Awan, Advisor on Information to PM. The PM is to undergo a test on Wednesday. “Prime Minister Khan will undergo a test of the coronavirus to show that he is a responsible citizen of this county. We will follow all protocols in place and make recommendations accordingly“, said an official statement. As per latest update, the test has been under process as the results are awaited.
The country has reported 17 deaths in the last 24 hours. Pakistan has so far reported over 9,700 cases. The COVID-19 death toll in the country stands at 209 as per the latest inputs. Among the state leaders, the British PM Boris Johnson has fallen prey to the deadly virus.

He now has recovered from it. The wife of the Canadian Prime Minister was also tested positive for the virus last month.
