To plunge human-animal conflict is a priority for states homing abundance of wildlife and Uttarakhand is no exception. And to ensure a plunge, the Uttarakhand Forest Department has built a one of a kind eco-bridge in the Ramnagar forest division of Nainital district.
The bridge aims to allow animals cross the busy jungle road safely and not come under vehicle tyres. Natural things like rope, bamboo, and grass have been used in the construction of the bridge to lure animals to use the same.
The bridge, as per the reports, can bear the weight of three adults. The forest department officials hope that not just reptiles, even animals such as leopards will too make use of it.

Nice. Hopefully the trees can grow bigger and form natural dense canopies to help the wildlife crossover.

Important. Life is not only tigers and elephants which we all live. But squirrels and monkeys and smaller arboreal creatures need these. Hope the design is taken from tested methods @wti_org_india
