Pizza Hut has set up this AI Mood Detector machine in cities that include Delhi, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai. Pizza Hut is the first Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand to use AI technology for analyzing client moods.
Customers visiting Pizza Hut just need to stand in front of the AI Mood Detector Machine and the AI detector will examine the mood of the person and then the recommendation for the ideal and the best pizza according to the person’s mood and emotions will be displayed on the screen.
How Does AI Mood Detector Work?
The device placed in the Pizza Hut outlets uses a statistical model to identify several facial expressions such as eye movements, smiles, and frowns using the built-in camera in the device.
